This is a small show service and exhibition company providing both exhibition design and build and logistical support. They are based in Lincs, c10 miles north of Newark. Experience in exhibition or shop fitting joinery, must be capable of all types of joinery and finishing, formal training not necessary, must display an apptitude for achievement and attention to detail. You will need to be capable of using timber (all types of softwood and composite materials) to construct all types of exhibition equipment. Candidate must also have experience of other materials to finish all type of shop fitting and bespoke point of sale items. Volume led office based telesales. 2. A proportion of the above plus the need to be the face of the show in external meetings and to drive this side of the business. Main Purpose: To maximise show revenues in the short, medium and long term and to direct and manage 2 reports. Key responsibilities: Sales. Management of 2 direct reports and Mentoring 2 direct reports. Tangible Standards: 75 minutes of calls per complete day in the office. 10 new leads to be added to the database each week. Weekly meetings with the Event Director.
