Ideally you will have a background in leisure and catering, that can deal with both shopfitting and catering equipment. Importantly you will have estimating experience and be commercially aware.They are looking to fill this new position with the remit of producing sales quotations, tactical sourcing of suppliers/quotations & procurement. Working closely with a Sales, Design and operations/contracts teams to ensure best buying practices as a management contractor.
